This schedule forms part of your Merchant Application and is incorporated into the NDMS Merchant Agreement at ndmscorp.com/merchant-agreement. Rates are confirmed by NDMS underwriting with your approval and sent to you as the final schedule. Nothing is charged until you accept it.
